Payment Options

Lilly Hill accepts payments via PayPal and from all major credit cards. At this stage we do not offer Afterpay, however, if you wish to lay-by any items please call us on 0433129 005 and we can set up your lay-by for you.

How long will it take to receive your order?

All in-stock* orders will be shipped from our Salamander Bay store the following business day.

Parcels are sent using Australia Post regular parcel post.  Delivery times can be checked on the Australia Post website.

*We update the stock levels showing on our website daily however unfortunately from time to time there may be a discrepancy. Should we be unable to fulfill your order immediately one of our friendly staff will contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed.

How much does delivery Cost?

We offer free local same day delivery on all purchases over $60.00 to our local areas Salamander Bay, Nelson Bay, Soldiers Point, Anna Bay, Corlette, One Mile and Boat Harbour. Shipping outside of these areas is a flat rate of $12.50 for orders under $60 and orders will be shipped the following business day. Orders over $60 are free delivery Australia Wide.  

 

Can I pick up my order in store?

We love visitors! You are welcome to pick up your order the following business day.

 

Can you gift-wrap my order and send it direct to the recipient?

Absolutely, we love celebrations!  

In the comments section of checkout please include:

*where you would like the gift sent

*what the gift is for

*a message for the card

We will include gift wrapping and gift card at no extra cost.

Invoice will not be included in delivery for gifts. 

Returns 

 

At Lilly Hill We want you to be confident with your purchase so we offer all our clients the option of a full refund (less shipping) for any change of mind on an item purchased at full price and returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase in original condition.

Items purchased at sale price are not eligible for change of mind returns. 

Faulty or Damaged goods.

Every item sent out undergoes a strict quality control process.

If you have received an item with a fault/damage, please contact us regarding an assessment. Once we have deemed the item to be faulty/damaged, we will happily offer a replacement, refund or store credit.

Earrings, hats & head wear.

For health and hygiene, we do not accept returns on these items.

All on-line/postal returns must be posted within 14 days of purchase to:

Please note: Items must be returned in the same manner they were received. They should be new, unused and with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.

We will aim to process your return within 72 hours of receiving your returned parcel.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
